Volvo to reveal the new Volvo EX60: 21 January 2026

By David Lewis | 3 September 2025

The new Volvo EX60 will be revealed on 21 January 2026 in a livestreamed event from Stockholm.

The EX60 will be Volvo’s first fully electric car in the premium mid-size SUV segment. It will also be the first model launched on the company’s latest technology base, offering the longest electric range of any Volvo to date.

Production will begin in the first half of 2026 at Volvo’s Torslanda plant in Gothenburg. The EX60 is expected to become a key part of the brand’s line-up as Volvo continues its shift towards an all-electric future.

For drivers across the East and West Midlands, the EX60 will add to the growing Volvo electric range. It follows the launch of models like the Volvo EX30 and Volvo EX90, further strengthening Volvo’s electric SUV line-up in the Midlands.

The global reveal will be livestreamed on 21 January 2026, with more details on trims, pricing and UK launch timings expected to follow.

Customers can register their interest ahead of the launch and will be able to order the EX60 once full UK specifications are confirmed.
