This place is amazing, especially the receptionist Ronie. I've had a warning light just before a family holiday, and she got me in on the same day. The car was fixed within two days despite them not having space. Even the mechanic spoke to me and assured me that the car was going to be okay for the family trip. I've been with Kia for 14 years now; I just can't see myself going to a different company. I'll be traveling to this dealer for my service. We bought an EV6 from Russell Claxton in late August 2024. This followed us having three test drives with no certainty of us buying a Kia. The experience was a breath of fresh air compared to our previous experiences. Helpful, informative, and not pushy—and they had the car we were looking for. Fortuitous all round. We received a 2.5-hour handover to make sure we understood the things we didn’t, and two days later, at 8 AM, I phoned with a problem connecting to a public charger for the first time in Southampton.
