A Letter from Our Managing Director: Covid-19 update

Dear Customer,

As all of us contend with the ever-evolving impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, I want to update you on the steps being taken by TMS Motor Group to support our teams and our customers through this difficult time.

Firstly, I would like to take this opportunity to extend my very best wishes to you and your family. I understand the emotional strain this situation is having on our loved ones. Please keep your family safe and well.

Here at TMS Motor Group, we continue to closely monitor and follow Government advice in the UK. In addition to our previous communications, we would like to reassure you that the wellbeing of our customers and colleagues remains paramount.

Sales Teams

Our Sales operations remain open for business! Throughout the pandemic, we have been following Government advice and best practice to keep our customers safe, and as such will be temporarily closing our showrooms from Thursday, 31st December , but we will continue to be able to support you, with any vehicle enquiry, to selling you that car of your dreams.

Our teams are still widely available online via various digital platforms, such as a simple phone call, emails, live chat, video call (ie Zoom, MS Teams, or FaceTime). We can also provide live video walkarounds of any car of your choice; please consult with our teams in the usual way, and we can organise accordingly.

We’re also able to offer home delivery, or a click and collect service; your dream car can still be delivered safely and securely.

I am delighted to say that we have adapted incredibly to this new challenge. Across all departments, we continue to provide the high levels of service our customers expect of us.

Service/Parts Teams & Workshops (Aftersales)

With regards to our aftersales operations and in line with government advice, our service and parts departments will remain open. We’re still available to serve and support you for all your servicing, maintenance, repairs, MOT, safety recalls, and parts requirements. Please continue to book your vehicle in with us, or order any spare parts/accessories, in the usual way.

Our great teams are still here to support you, but we must continue to operate in a Covid-secure way, keeping you, our customers, and staff as safe as possible.

If you have an existing workshop appointment booked in January and February, please rest assured there is no requirement to cancel or rebook, as our workshop teams will be operating as normal at this time. Our team will be in touch to discuss any changes to your appointment should they be necessary.
