Our team will be available online, via email, video chat, live chat or SMS messaging to help with any enquiries you may have.

We are currently in the process of contacting any customers who have their vehicles already in our service departments to ensure appropriate arrangements are made for their safe return.

We will also contact customers awaiting the handover of a new car to arrange a more suitable and timely date.

Personal safety is core to our purpose - providing the freedom to move in a safe, sustainable, and personal way. To ensure we fulfil this purpose, we are taking a range of steps to serve you in response to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 epidemic.

In our showrooms, we are following guidelines from health professionals and regularly cleaning high touch surfaces such as tablets, keyboards, tables, etc. We are using speciality products to clean all touchpoints in vehicles, with special attention to high touch surfaces such as steering wheels, handles, gear knobs, and switches.

We welcome you to visit and explore our vehicles in a safe environment. However, we also offer a range of other options:

  • Live Chat via our website and telephone appointments to discuss your requirements and any vehicles of interest to you.
  • Virtual vehicle walk-arounds via Facetime or Skype at your convenience. (Subject to prior arrangement at your chosen showroom)

  • Delivery and collection of cars for test drive. (Subject to prior arrangement at your chosen showroom)
  • You are also able to place orders from start to finish through our website. We remain available to support you with any questions you may have related to your purchase.

COVID-19: AN UPDATE FROM THE MANAGING DIRECTOR TMS MOTOR GROUP

As a valued customer, I want to personally let you know that in the face of the recent COVID-19 outbreak, TMS Motor Group are doing all that we can to keep our operations running smoothly. Within each of our showrooms and at every single one of our aftersales facilities we are currently operating business as usual.

We are, however, maintaining the health and wellbeing of our staff and customers as a top priority. As a result, many of our technicians, salespeople and support staff could soon be working remotely, which may result in a delay in our service. As I hope you’ll know, all TMS Motor Group businesses are proud of the experience we deliver to our customers, but during this unprecedented outbreak, I just ask for your patience and apologise in advance if we’re a little slow to respond to any of your enquiries.

If you’re unable to reach us on the phone, please use our e-mail addresses, which are monitored. If you’re visiting our showrooms, we have implemented a number of additional preventative measures to help reduce the spread of the virus. Please don’t be offended if we can’t shake your hand, or if you see a greater number of cleaning staff diligently wiping surfaces.
