TMS Volvo Leicester has been named Parts & Accessories Team of the Year 2024 at the prestigious Volvo Champion Awards, which recognises the team’s hard work, expertise, and commitment to delivering excellent service.
The Volvo Champion Awards, previously known as the Volvo Retailer of the Year Awards, celebrate top-performing retailers across Volvo’s network. The awards recognise those who consistently exceed expectations, provide outstanding customer service, and uphold Volvo’s high standards.
The 2024 Volvo Champion Awards Ceremony took place on Saturday, 1st March 2025, at the Pan Pacific London hotel. The event, which focused on recognising best practices and top-performing retailers, saw winners receive awards for excellence in their respective categories. The awards were presented by Nicole Melillo Shaw, Managing Director of Volvo UK, alongside celebrity host Kate Garraway.
The Parts & Accessories Team at TMS Volvo Leicester was recognised for their product knowledge, efficiency, and dedication to customer service. Their commitment to ensuring customers receive the right parts, expert advice, and a seamless experience set them apart, earning them this well-deserved award.
