Kia EV4 Launches: Europe-Tuned Electric Innovation

The all-new Kia EV4 has officially been unveiled, marking the start of Kia’s electric vehicle production in Europe.

Built at Kia’s state-of-the-art AutoLand plant in Žilina, Slovakia, the EV4 combines advanced technology, long-range efficiency, and a driving experience tuned specifically for European roads.

A New Standard in Electric Hatchbacks

Available as both a hatchback and fastback, the Kia EV4 delivers up to 391 miles of range on a single charge. Customers can choose between an 81.4kWh long-range battery or a 58.3kWh standard option, both powering a responsive 150kW motor. Charging is fast and convenient, with 10-to-80% capacity achievable in as little as 29 minutes.

Designed with Europe in Mind

Engineered at the Hyundai Motor Europe Technical Centre in Rüsselsheim, Germany, the EV4 has been fine-tuned for European roads. From stable high-speed handling to precise cornering, the EV4 offers both driving fun and everyday comfort. The hatchback’s aerodynamic profile (0.27Cd) and the fastback’s even sleeker drag coefficient (0.23Cd) ensure maximum efficiency.

Safety and Technology First

Kia has equipped the EV4 with its most comprehensive suite of driver assistance systems yet, including Forward Collision Avoidance Assist, Highway Driving Assist, and Remote Smart Parking Assist. The vehicle also features a reinforced crash structure and cutting-edge battery protection for peace of mind.

Connected Driving Experience

The EV4 integrates seamlessly with the Kia App, giving drivers remote access, charging insights, and over-the-air updates. Entertainment is also a priority, with Netflix, Disney+, and YouTube available directly on the in-car system, alongside smart navigation powered by Google Places.
