Available on the Geely EX2, Geely EX5 and the Starray EMI-i, Camping Mode transforms the vehicle into a comfortable space for relaxation and overnight stays. The system allows key vehicle functions, including climate control, interior lighting and infotainment, to operate while the vehicle is stationary, helping occupants stay comfortable without either running the 12V battery in the electric vehicles in the Geely EX2 and Geely EX5 or the engine in the hybrid Starray EMI-i.

Feature benefits
A bed on demand. Geely Auto UK’s front seats fold flat, combining with the boot to create a large, level sleeping area - no roof tent, no separate mattress required. Owners simply lay out a sleeping mat or airbed and they're ready for the night.

Power that stays on. Camping Mode keeps the vehicle power on overnight so occupants can keep the cabin heating or cooling, lighting and infotainment running without needing to start the engine or leave the ignition on. The system is designed to protect the battery, automatically exiting Camping Mode once charge drops below 20%, so drivers have enough range left to reach the next charger.

Power Share, wherever you park up. Every Geely EV in the UK range comes with Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) technology as standard, delivering around 3.3kW of output through a Power Share connector. That's enough to run camping stoves, fridges, lighting, laptops, air pumps and e-bikes directly from the car's own battery - turning any Geely into a portable power station.

Peace of mind after dark. With WLTP-rated ranges of up to 267 miles across the range and rapid DC charging, campers can head off-grid with confidence, knowing a quick charging stop is never far away, whichever Geely model they choose.

Everything managed from one screen. Camping Mode sits alongside each car's other cabin modes, including massage seats, ambient lighting and Rest Mode, all controlled through the central touchscreen, with a simple "Exit Camping Mode" option to return to normal driving settings.
