New & Used Car Sales Executive

As a multi-award-winning family-owned and run business, TMS Motor Group continues to grow, and is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to deliver an exceptional buying experience from first enquiry to handover and beyond. The successful candidate will be based at our Kia dealership in Loughborough. If you take pride in great customer service, love building relationships, and enjoy closing a deal, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales process from enquiry to delivery
• Build and maintain your own customer database
• Provide outstanding service via face-to-face, email, phone, video and live chat
• Represent TMS and KIA with professionalism and enthusiasm

What You’ll Bring

• Strong communication, organisation and computer skills
• Smart professional presentation
• Experience in car sales or a franchised dealership is preferred
• FCA knowledge and DMS experience are an advantage
• Full UK driving licence required

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:00
• Saturday: 08:30 to 17:00
• Sunday: 11:00 to 16:00

5 Day working week with weekends on rota.
