Kia Vehicle Technician - TMS Kia Hinckley

Due to continued growth, TMS Motor Group is offering a great opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy, successful Aftersales Team at their award-winning family owned and run Hinckley Kia dealership. Being an MOT tester isn't essential, but desirable. However, this would be an advantage.

What You’ll Do

• Service and repair vehicles of all makes and models
• Carry out PDI and preparation of new/used vehicles to manufacturers’ standards
• Diagnose faults and perform vehicle testing
• Complete all work efficiently within manufacturer repair times
• Accurately record all work on job cards
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe
• Continuously develop your skills through training programmes
• Liaise professionally with colleagues and customers

Experience Required:​

It is essential that you have qualified as an Automotive Technician with NVQ level 3 in Light Vehicle Repair and Maintenance or an equivalent, and have at least 2 years’ experience of working in a busy car franchised dealership.

A full, clean valid UK driving licence is also essential for this role.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:00
• Saturday: 08:30 – 12:30 (on a rota basis)
