Service Advisor - TMS Kia Leicester

What You’ll Do

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and in-person, providing professional and accurate information
• Book and manage service appointments efficiently, maximising available hours and departmental resources
• Upsell service hours, parts, accessories, and Service Plans in line with company objectives
• Ensure vehicles are checked for recalls/service campaigns and parts pre-ordered to achieve ‘First Time Fix’
• Manage follow-up on additional work requirements and maintain accurate customer records in line with GDPR
• Provide excellent customer care, handling concerns professionally to maximise satisfaction and retention
• Support Aftersales/Service Manager with warranty procedures and departmental administration
• Stay up-to-date on technical changes and competitor products to provide expert advice

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role (essential)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organised, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• IT literate and ideally experienced with Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
• Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
