We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team at TMS Volvo.

The Role

As a Car Sales Executive, you will oversee the full sales process—from initial enquiry to vehicle handover and post-sale follow-up. Your responsibilities will include cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing a pipeline of prospects, and ensuring a seamless and personalised customer experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget, offering tailored and professional advice.
  • Present and demonstrate Volvo vehicles, clearly communicating key features, benefits, and innovations.
  • Arrange and conduct test drives, highlighting the performance and comfort of the vehicles.
  • Negotiate and close vehicle sales with integrity and transparency.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database to support effective follow-up and relationship management.
  • Respond swiftly to customer enquiries through our Rapid Enquiry system (aiming to reply within 15 minutes).
  • Stay informed about the Volvo product range, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in car sales within a prestige franchise (essential).
  • A strong record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach.
  • Experience with Dealerweb DMS or similar CRM systems (preferred).
  • Familiarity with FCA regulatory requirements.
  • A full and valid UK driving licence.
