New & Used Car Sales Executive - TMS Geely Leicester

We’re delighted to announce an exciting new and used car sales executive opportunity at our brand-new TMS Geely Leicester site on London Road. This is a rare chance to join a true family owned and run business, helping to shape the Geely brand in Leicester and beyond while showcasing Geely’s distinctive product line-up to our customers.

The Role

As a Car Sales Executive, you will oversee the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover and post-sale follow-up. You will build strong customer relationships, manage a healthy pipeline of prospects, and deliver a seamless, personalised experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding, consultative sales experience in line with The TMS Way.
  • Manage enquiries promptly and professionally across phone, web and walk-ins.
  • Conduct engaging product presentations and EV-focused test drives.
  • Present finance and value-add options compliantly on every deal, completing accurate documentation.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, strong pipeline discipline and consistent follow-up.
  • Prepare vehicles and handovers to exemplary standards and manage the customer relationship post-sale.
  • Support local marketing events, prospecting activity and Geely launch initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in retail automotive sales, new and used.
  • Energy, resilience and a customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Confidence discussing finance products within FCA guidelines.
  • A keen interest in electric vehicles and new technology.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems.
  • Full UK driving licence.
