TMS Motor Group is a successful family-owned and run business with an outstanding reputation for customer service, quality and professionalism. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Bodyshop Estimator to join our growing Bodyshop team at our Hinckley site.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of vehicle damage assessment and repair methods who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring repairs are completed to the highest standards.​

What You’ll Do

• Inspecting damaged vehicles and assessing the full extent of the damage
• Preparing accurate repair estimates using our Bodyshop estimating systems
• Identifying the correct repair methods in line with manufacturer and industry best practices
• Liaising with engineers and insurers to obtain repair authorisation
• Monitoring repairs in progress and updating service and Bodyshop personnel
• Ensuring labour, materials and consumables are recorded accurately for each vehicle
• Checking parts requisitions for accuracy and authorisation
• Supporting workshop productivity and efficient job allocation
• Carrying out quality and accuracy checks on completed work
• Maintaining excellent communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with Health & Safety, environmental and company policies
• Contributing ideas to improve efficiency, profitability and customer service

What You’ll Bring

Essential

• Previous experience as a Bodyshop Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair methods and accident damage processes
• Experience using computerised estimating systems
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and prioritise effectively
• Professional, positive and proactive approach
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable

• ATA accreditation or equivalent qualification
• Experience working within a franchised dealership or manufacturer-approved Bodyshop
• Knowledge of manufacturer repair standards and insurance processes

· Monday to Friday 07:30 to 16:00
