You choose a check-in time that works for you, and we’ll be ready. Behind the scenes, your technician works with a dedicated team, and we usually assign two technicians to your car. That means most services are completed in half the usual time.
Want to wait while we work? Relax in our Scandinavian-style lounge. Fresh coffee, pastries, free Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines make it an ideal spot to unwind or catch up on work.
Need to carry on with your day? No problem, we’ll keep you updated and let you know the moment your Volvo or Polestar is ready.
Once the work is done, we’ll update your car’s software, give it a wash and vacuum, and your technician will walk you through what’s been done before handing back the keys.
