Dealership Receptionist (Weekends Only) - TMS Kia Loughborough

TMS, a well-established and successful company, is looking for a highly professional Weekend Receptionist to join our team at the Kia Loughborough dealership.

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for our customers, your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer care. You’ll take the time to engage with visitors, creating a positive and welcoming experience while ensuring a smooth handover to the appropriate sales or service team member.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Direct visitors to the appropriate staff member and offer refreshments.
Handle telephone enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organised customer-facing environment.
Carry out general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the dealership.

You will play a vital role in representing the dealership and ensuring our customers receive the highest standards of service and satisfaction.

About You:

Calm, organised, and professional in a busy environment.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skills.
Confident and approachable, with strong communication abilities.

Experience:

Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is essential.

Working Hours:

Saturdays: 08:30 - 17:00 and Sunday: Sunday: 11:00 - 16:00
Occasional cover for annual leave may be required.
