Excellent service today. Popped in as had lost a wheel nut off my Sportage. The guy checked if the workshop had a spare, then went and got one from the parts dept. Very reasonably priced. Can not speak highly enough of the service provided. Having left it to the last minute to book MOT and service (due to family illness), the service department were very accommodating and organised for me to be dropped off at work on the day my car was booked in and then delivered the car back to me at my place of work so I could pick my children up at the end of the day. Video showing the health check is great and reinforces the trust we have in the TMS team.

The same high standards are being maintained at TMS Hinckley from year to year. It is good to experience the same customer welcome and care as I received when I purchased my vehicle a year ago. Polite, professional staff. Was told the service would take about an hour and a half and bang on 90 minutes I was called to say it was ready. The car was washed, leathered dry and the inside vacuumed as promised. Can’t speak highly enough about this service and have already recommended you to a friend who has a Kia Ceed GT.

I received the excellent level of service I have very quickly come to expect from TMS. Quick, efficient, friendly, no fuss from everyone. Plus I must add Richard. My sunroof stuck open within an hour of me collecting my car. Quick phone call to TMS, I am on my way back to Hinckley 4.45pm on a Friday, Richard waiting, temporary fix effected. On my way again by 5.15pm, safely in the knowledge the necessary new part is being ordered and my sun roof will be fixed asap. Thank you.

The car has been serviced with additional work completed under warranty FOC... Brilliant. I was expecting it to be hosed down but we got a full valet. Very pleased with the no-fuss manner in which my service was dealt with from handover of my car in the morning when your service staff accommodated my request for an automatic courtesy car, to pick up when my questions were answered and I didn't have to hang around waiting for endless checks/paperwork. Car was also well valeted. Service cost was reasonable compared with that for other cars I have owned.

Recently my window washers failed, I was due to fly at 3pm the following day from Bristol Airport. Another garage said I needed a new pump and said they could do nothing to help. Service Reception did not care. Just after 8am the following day I arrived at TMS Hinckley, what a difference Simon had the problem sorted within half an hour and I had a coffee. What great service from TMS. I made the flight with time to spare.
I always look forward to my visits to TMS Kia. I honestly could not say that about Audi, Mercedes, Peugeot, Ford, Chrysler, Mitsubishi etc. A friendly face and straight talking is all I need after the car is taken care of!

The finance guy, who I have met before, happened to be outside when I arrived and he ensured that I was given a lift home, as this wasn't the original plan, but it was raining. Great service in taking me and giving me a brief that everything was good with the car, and that there are no issues.

Richard went out of his way to help right from my first phone call from Guernsey. We arranged to get the car in after the weekend. I was given a courtesy car so i could still carry on with the business i came over for. Was called as soon as my car was finished. On the way back to Poole I received a call to ask if all was ok. Everything was just fine. Because I have two Kia Sportages and we will probably bring them over to be serviced at Hinckley as it is cheaper than Guernsey Kia agents. I was made to feel welcome as I waited for the service, everyone says hello, was notified by email and phone text via reminders before service and the car was immaculately cleaned when I picked it up. As always Simon the service manager made me feel welcome and there was another service man on duty that explained all the work that was done at the end as well as a future M O T price. Having just bought a new car from the dealership, my husband was very pleased with the service we received from the sales staff and in particular Eddie Goode who gave good service from the moment we show interest in purchasing to day of collection including picking up an email very late on the day of collection from my husband as the engine management light had come on as he had driven home and we had a curtsey car at 9am the next morning (a Sunday) so we could continue with our plans for the day uninterrupted. We then received our new one back Monday night after a simple issue was solved. Simon in the service area has always been very helpful and quick to resolve any issues we have had. He was at a previous dealership we used before Hinckley opened and was great then and we were sad when he left but very pleased to hear he was working at the Hinckley branch. None of the staff we have dealt with have been anything other than helpful, lovely to our daughter and courteous. I have never been made to feel stupid or talk down to as a female and have felt confident to ask questions because of this.

Your place of work is just ridiculous! In for a service, courtesy car the exact same as mine. Send me a video of my car being checked over. Send me a health list of everything. A text when it's ready. And to top it off it's not just been given a service wash like other garages would, but a proper valet inside and out. Never ever used a place like this, and I used to work in a garage for 8 years! TMS have set the bar at a new height! Very impressed! And all that's on top of the great experience I've had since first ordering my car.
