Experienced New & Used Car Sales Consultant - TMS Volvo Hinckley

TMS Volvo, a prominent and dynamic car dealer group, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team. We are committed to providing our customers with exceptional service and top-quality vehicles. You will be responsible for the complete sales process from initial enquiry through to handover and follow up.

You will manage your own computer database and ensure you keep in touch with your customers on a regularly basis. The role requires excellent organisation, communication, computer skills and smart, professional, personal appearance. Knowledge of Kompass/Dealerweb DMS or similar is an advantage. A proven track record and car sales experience within a prestige franchise is essential. A knowledge of FCA requirements is also preferred.

To maximise opportunity and earning potential, it is advised that due to enquiries flowing into the business throughout all hours of the day, that you are open to responding through our Dealerweb react system as we do aim to respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes adding that personal touch to our replies to set us apart from our competition.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full sales process from enquiry to delivery
  • Build and maintain your own customer database
  • Provide outstanding service via face-to-face, email, phone, video and live chat
  • Represent TMS and Volvo with professionalism and enthusiasm

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong communication, organisation and computer skills
  • Smart professional presentation
  • Experience in car sales or a franchised dealership is preferred but not essential
  • FCA knowledge and DMS experience an advantage
  • Full UK driving licence required

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:00 (a day off each week for working Sundays)
  • Saturday: 08:30 to 17:00
  • Sunday: 11:00 to 16:00 (alternate weeks, one on one off)
