A. You can order your next car three months before the end of your lease but it's a good idea to start thinking about your next vehicle a few months before.

Q. Can I add a personalised number plate to my car?
A. It may be possible to add a personalised number plate to your Motability car but this will be at the discretion of Motability Operations Ltd.

Q. Am I eligible to join the Motability Scheme?
A. To join the Motability Scheme, you must be in receipt of one of the following allowances:

  • Higher Rate Mobility Component of the Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
  • Enhanced Rate of the Mobility Component of Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
  • War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement (WPMS)
  • Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP).
  • You will need to have at least 12 months remaining on your allowance when you apply.
