If you have an accident, breakdown, lockout or flat tyre, just press your car’s Volvo On Call assist button to request assistance. If we can’t help on the spot, we’ll tow you to a Volvo retailer.

When your car is in the workshop for a service, we can provide a replacement vehicle or collect and return your car (max. range 20 miles; max. 10 miles within M25).
