How do I book a Kia rental car?

Will someone meet me at my chosen collection point?

Yes! Unlike standard rental companies, our dedicated Rental Manager, Darius Sonkovics, will personally meet you at your selected location to hand over the keys and ensure a seamless experience.

Do I need to visit an office to collect my rental car?

No, there is no need to visit an office or queue at a rental desk. Your Kia will be ready and waiting at your chosen collection point, with a personal handover from our team.

Can I return the car to a different location?

Please contact us in advance if you require a different drop-off location, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How much does it cost to rent a Kia?

Prices start from £60 per day or £300 per week, depending on the model. Long-term hire options of up to 90 days are also available.

Are insurance and VAT included in the rental price?

Yes, insurance and VAT are included in all rental prices—there are no hidden costs.

Do you offer long-term rentals?

Yes! We provide flexible rental durations, from one day to 90 days. For long-term rental enquiries, please contact us to discuss tailored solutions.

Eco-Friendly & ULEZ Compliance

Do you offer electric or hybrid rental cars?

Yes, we offer a range of eco-friendly hybrid and fully electric Kia models, including the Kia Niro HEV, Kia EV6, and Kia EV9.

Are your cars ULEZ-compliant?

Yes! Our hybrid and electric Kia rentals are Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ)-compliant, making them ideal for cost-effective, zero-emission driving in city areas.

Rental Requirements & Policies

What documents do I need to rent a car?

To rent a Kia, you’ll need:

  • A valid UK or international driving licence
  • Proof of identity and address
  • A credit or debit card for payment

Is there an age restriction for renting a Kia?

Yes, drivers must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driving licence.

Can I add an additional driver to my rental?

Yes, additional drivers can be added for an extra fee. Please mention this during booking.

Kia Rental Terms & Conditions

  • We cannot rent to a customer that has more than 6 points on the license
  • Documents required for a rental to proceed are : Drivers license (original and copy) DVLA check code , 2 proofs of address (one of which needs to be a bank statement )
  • Documents required for a rental to proceed for foreign travelers are : Drivers license (original and copy) Passport , Proof of travel (tickets showing arrival and departure dates )
  • We can offer delivery and collection services for a fee based on location
  • A deposit is required (£250 /£500 / £1000) based on the vehicle model and whether or not a CDW has been purchased
  • In case of a tyre puncture or glass damage customers are recommended to call the RAC and get them to resolve it and pay for it themselves , if that is not possible they will need to recover the vehicle into us , where we will aim to repair it and charge from the excess plus a £10 admin fee
  • Any fines and penalties will have to be paid by the customer
  • They can extend the hire to up to 90 days , subject to availability and bookings taken
  • There can be 1 additional driver for an additional charge
