Dealership Receptionist – Customer Host

TMS are an established and successful company currently seeking to recruit a highly professional receptionist for their Coventry site.

In this role, customer care will always come first to you and you will take the time to talk to people, building a genuine rapport to ensure a smooth and efficient introduction to the sales and service team. A real people person, you should come across as effortless and genuine when talking to our customers, putting our customers’ needs at the heart of absolutely everything you do focusing on delivering industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.

You will play a full and active part in the day to day running of the dealership. Your responsibilities will include handling telephone enquiries, welcoming customers to the dealership, ensuring they are directed to the correct member of staff – ensuring they are offered refreshments, maintaining customer facing areas and other general administrative duties. You will be highly organised and conscientious, you will remain calm and in control at all times.

With previous experience in a customer service or reception environment you need to be accurate with superb attention to detail and possess the confidence and communication skills that inspires trust in both colleagues and customers.

Working hours are 1pm till 6pm Monday – Friday

Flexibility is a must to provide cover for sickness and holidays.
